This Andersonville 2-Flat conversion to a single family home located at 1633 W Winona, caught the attention of Crain's Chicago Business and the Chicago Tribune for their featured properties sections during November 2024. Many of the original Vintage features of this 1907 building were painstakingly preserved and restored, then repurposed to create a luxurious modern home with the warmth of Vintage charm.
